The AI Alliance Russia has published its ranking of universities based on the quality of training provided to specialists in the field of artificial intelligence. Moscow Polytechnic University is classified in Group C and ranks 23rd among Moscow universities. The ranking methodology is approved by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation.
Moscow Polytech systematically integrates AI into all spheres of activity, ranging fr om customer services and speech analytics to document management and scientific research. The University is consistently moving beyond isolated digital solutions to an AI-native organizational model, wh ere neural networks serve not as a trendy addition, but as a built-in tool for daily operations.
Ilya Krassilnikov, Vice-Rector for Digital Development, explains the trajectory of this transformation:
"We are introducing AI at the University not as a collection of localized services, but as a step-by-step model to enhance service quality, management efficiency, and the effectiveness of the educational process. We move fr om simple chatbots to a fully-fledged intelligent environment. We are already seeing measurable results: up to 60% of text-based consultations in our contact center are handled without human intervention. At the same time, AI "enters" management processes: agents powered by Yandex AI Studio analyze contract workflows, identify bottlenecks, and provide managers with ready-made recommendations. Our goal is to build a university wh ere AI is integrated into service, management, and education as a unified, manageable, and measurable ecosystem. At the same time, people always remain in control of the process and retain final responsibility."
The University's future plans involve the creation of an AI-native educational environment: the implementation of digital student profiles and a unified AI platform within the electronic educational environment (e-Learning Resources). Through this platform, every student will receive an AI tutor, while faculty staff will be supported by an intelligent assistant.
