36 Professional Retraining Diplomas Awarded to Graduates of "Polytech Leaders" Program
Moscow Polytechnic University has completed the training of the second cohort of its corporate program "Polytech Leaders". 36 University managers, including vice-rectors, deans and heads of departments, received diplomas of professional retraining under the "Organizational Transformation Management" program. The program was launched in 2025 and lasted several months.
The training was held in a hybrid format: seven face-to-face modules totaling 180 academic hours, as well as online consultations. Participants developed skills in strategic thinking, marketing, financial management, business process management, customer focus and business communication.
The key outcome of the training was the defense of eight strategic projects aimed at the development of the University. Each project team presented not only a strategy, but also a digital product using artificial intelligence technologies:
- Individual student career path development strategy – an AI agent for a student's career journey;
- Faculty performance improvement strategy – an AI agent for checking student work;
- Strategy to increase student satisfaction with the quality of the educational process – an AI system for analyzing academic interaction;
- Strategy for preparing future University leaders from the student environment – "Intern", an AI project to increase the employment of young academics;
- Strategy to enhance the University brand image and reputation in R&D – an AI assistant for academic communication;
- Strategy to attract qualified faculty members to the University – an AI HR assistant;
- Strategy to develop mentoring and tutoring at the University – an AI product for the selection of mentors and buddies;
- Strategy to bridge the gap between the University and industry – an AI product that helps to adjust products in line with market requirements.
The project defense was held as an open session: each team was given one hour to present and answer questions from the commission. The participants demonstrated the full cycle of developing strategic solutions, from problem definition and market analysis to a financial model, investment attractiveness assessment (NPV, IRR), and an implementation roadmap.
The projects defended during the program are expected to be further developed and implemented, while the program itself will continue to evolve and attract new participants.
