Moscow Polytech Presents Its Educational Opportunities in Indonesia for the First Time

A Moscow Polytech delegation, including Head of the International Directorate Alina Andrukh and Educational Programmes Manager Anastasia Erofeeva, visited Indonesia for the first time to present the university’s educational opportunities.

During the working visit, the delegation met with representatives of the Russian House in Jakarta to discuss further cooperation. Moscow Polytech also presented its educational opportunities at the World Education Expo 2026 (WEE Skillcon), held in Jakarta, Surabaya and Denpasar, and held a series of meetings with leading Indonesian universities.

During the education fairs and individual consultations, prospective students received detailed information about studying at Moscow Polytech, fr om Bachelor’s to Master’s degree programmes, as well as admission opportunities through Russian Government scholarships and the Open Doors International Olympiad.

In addition to participating in the exhibition, the Moscow Polytech delegation visited leading Indonesian universities, including Mercu Buana University and Universitas Negeri Jakarta, where career guidance sessions were organized for students. Moscow Polytech representatives also held a seminar on life and study in Russia. Prospective students learned about the advantages of studying at the university and received Moscow Polytech souvenirs. The delegation also held meetings with university representatives to discuss academic mobility programmes for students and faculty members, the development of joint educational programmes, and opportunities to introduce Russian language courses at Indonesian universities.

Following the visit, more than 100 participants expressed interest in applying to Moscow Polytech programmes, demonstrating strong interest in Russian education and opening up new opportunities for further cooperation.

As part of its international activities, Moscow Polytech considers Indonesia one of its most promising partner countries. The university’s key priorities include increasing the number of students from Indonesia and developing academic exchange programmes.
