Moscow Polytech Leaders Club to Offer Personal Development and Career Support to High-Scoring Applicants
For high-scoring applicants entering their first year in 2026, Moscow Polytechnic University is launching the Leaders Club. Its members will receive a personal mentor’s support, additional training opportunities, career support and branded merchandise. Applicants who scored 85+ points in each of the specialized subjects of the Unified State Exam (USE) or entrance examinations in the combinations "Mathematics + Computer Science" or "Mathematics + Physics" can join the Club. Whether students study on a budget-funded or paid basis does not matter: all Club members will receive a support program with real opportunities.
Club Card
Members will have access to a club card worth 100,000 points, which can be used to create a competency map and personal development strategy, complete additional professional education programs, and work with a career consultant. All this will be accompanied by a personal mentor.
Personal Mentor
This is a person who will help students understand all the opportunities available at Moscow Polytech more quickly. The mentor will guide them through the educational process and study rules, advise them on the choice of disciplines, tell them about project activities, laboratories, teams and internships, and inform them about all ongoing competitions, grants, accelerators, Olympiads and hackathons. The mentor will help students avoid getting lost in the flow of information and take advantage of important growth chances in time.
Additional Professional Education Programs from the Moscow Polytech Catalog
A member of the Moscow Polytech Leaders Club will be able to complete additional professional education programs and gain applied skills beyond their main educational program – in technology, project management, design, entrepreneurship or communications. Additional competencies will strengthen their CV and portfolio and allow them to enter various projects and internships more quickly.
Career Consultant
A career development specialist will help students figure out which companies, internships and projects match their interests and competencies. As early as the first year, they will be able to prepare a CV and self-presentation materials, work out job interviews and build a career path.
Competency Map and Personal Development Strategy
Club members will also be supported with creating an individual development roadmap: to identify their strengths, interests, starting skills and possible professional trajectories. No "blind" learning – only a conscious choice of courses, projects and career steps.
Moscow Polytech Merchandise
A pleasant bonus for Club members is that points from the card can also be spent on branded items and accessories in the University store. This will help members feel part of the Moscow Polytech community from the first day.
High Scores are a Strong Start!
The Moscow Polytech Leaders Club and its capabilities are not a reward for the past, but a platform for the future. Instead of spending the first year randomly searching for opportunities, members will immediately receive a support system and real opportunities: development, additional professional education, career, projects and a professional future.
