Moscow Polytechnic University Youth Learned About Support Measures for Student Families
A lecture entitled "Young Families and Support at Moscow Polytechnic University" was held at Moscow Polytech as part of the competition for university teams in youth policy and educational activities. Polina Moskvitina, Head of the Department of Educational and Social Work, spoke about support measures for student families, our university's partners, and the opportunities available to young families at the university.
The Moscow Polytechnic University team became a finalist in the competition for university teams in youth policy and educational activities in the "Young Families and the Social Sphere" category.
"The competition for university teams in youth policy and educational activities, which we are holding jointly with the Russian Society 'Knowledge’, helped us and our expert council to see and evaluate the teams' performance for the period 2023-2025. The criteria for evaluating university teams' applications were focused on identifying conditions for youth development and self-realization in various fields," Olga Petrova, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, commented on the competition's concept.
On December 16, the projects will be presented before an expert jury in Moscow as part of the All-Russian Congress on Youth Policy and Educational Activities. 143 finalists representing 136 educational institutions from 58 regions of Russia are competing for victory in the finals. A total of 866 applications were received from university teams on youth policy from 82 regions of Russia.
Background: The competition for university teams on youth policy and educational activities is being implemented by the Znanie Society jointly with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, with the support of Rosmolodezh.
