Moscow Polytech Signs Seven Cooperation Agreements at Roundtable with Partners

Moscow Polytechnic University signed new cooperation agreements with Moscow schools, a children's library, the Writers' Union, a production company, and the Academy of Event Management. The agreements were signed at a roundtable discussion held during the university's open house. Guzel Sharipzyanova, Vice Rector for Academic Affairs, signed the documents on behalf of the university.

"We are making history together. We are laying the foundation for the future workforce of our great country. Be sure to explore all the opportunities offered by Moscow Polytechnic University and utilize them for the development of both students and staff. This is truly a shared enrichment; only through collaboration can greater results be achieved. Transform your ideas into projects; we are open to you," Guzel Sharipzyanova told the roundtable participants.

An agreement was signed on April 18 with Gymnasium No. 4, which ranked among the top 100 educational institutions in the Moscow Region for the 2023 and 2024 academic years. Its Unified State Exam (USE) scores in all subjects are above the regional average, and more than half of its graduates are admitted to state-funded universities. Acting Principal Anna Guseva signed the agreement on behalf of the gymnasium.

The partnership agreement was signed with School No. 1236 named after S.V. Milashenkov, a recipient of the Moscow Mayor's Education Grant for the 2025–2026 academic year and a participant in the "Mathematical Vertical Plus" pre-professional education project. School Principal Ivan Dorodnov noted:

"This is the first university I've ever wanted to collaborate with. I hope our partnership will be long-term and mutually beneficial—especially for the children we raise, so that they become needed and in demand in our country."

The third partner was School No. 16, a winner of the All-Russian competition "Educational Organization of the 21st Century: League of Leaders - 2025" and the "100 Best Schools of Russia" competition in the "Leader in Sports Achievements" category. Elena Lobacheva, head of the methodological association of mathematics and computer science teachers, represented the school at the ceremony.

Among the university's new partners is the Union of Russian Writers, which unites the country's professional literary community. First Secretary of the Board Svetlana Vasilenko signed the agreement. She noted that collaboration with the university opens up broad opportunities:

"I think our writers will be interested in many of your educational areas, including publishing and design. We will also collaborate on the 'My Little Homeland' competition—together, nurturing future engineers from a very early age."

Another partner was the A.P. Gorky Central City Children's Library. The Gaidar Children's Library is one of the largest children's libraries in Moscow, with a collection of over 218,000 items and 70,000 visitors per year. Library Director Olga Larina emphasized the significance of the signed document:

"This isn't just an agreement—it's a roadmap we share, which will help our reading children grow up with you and enroll in your university. Joint projects will benefit not only the university and the library, but all of Russia."

Province Life is developing construction and manufacturing activities and, in April 2026, began restoration of the Bykovo Estate in the Moscow region. General Director Igor Novikov outlined the expectations for the collaboration:

"We are ready to offer internships to students and employ graduates. We are open to using our facilities as a testing ground for the practical application of the university's developments."

In response, Guzel Sharipzyanova explained that Moscow Polytech is currently structuring its schedule so that students, starting in their third or fourth year, can combine full-time employment with their partner while pursuing their education.

The agreement with the Event Mastery Academy culminated in a series of signings. Academy Director Svetlana Karant explained that programs would be implemented jointly with Moscow Polytech for the convention and exhibition industry, which is experiencing a severe shortage of personnel. Students will complete their internships at the Academy's partner venues—expo centers—across Russia. Enrollment is planned to begin in May. Students will undergo retraining and graduate with two diplomas: one in their core specialty and one in the convention and exhibition industry, covering four areas.
