Moscow Polytechnic University Students Learn About Digital Trends from Experts
An open lecture, "Digital Trends 2026," took place at Moscow Polytechnic University. Representatives from leading advertising agencies, invited by the Advertising and Public Relations in Digital Media department at the Faculty of Economics and Management, spoke to students.
Sergey Samonin and Marina Girnyk from RTBSape spoke to second-, third-, and fourth-year Advertising and Public Relations students about media advertising and programmatic buying. Grigory Vasichev and Vladimir Alekseev from EPA shared tips on blogging in 2026.
Students learned about real-life cases and trends in the advertising market, discussed current issues in Russian advertising with the speakers, and received information about internship programs. Prizes were also awarded for the best questions.
Vladimir Alekseev, EPA:
"It was a great pleasure for me to speak at the Moscow Polytechnic University. I always appreciate such meetings, because the vibrant energy of the future can be felt in a university classroom. Students always inspire me. They do not yet have professional cynicism, but they have what is most important: curiosity, energy, and a desire to change the rules of the game. It is from the energy of such people that new industries are born."
Marina Girnyk, RTBSape:
"It's wonderful to see students' keen interest in programmatic advertising and their engagement in the discussion. For RTBSape, sharing real-world experiences and being inspired by the energy of a young audience is especially valuable. Meetings like these help us see familiar things from a new perspective. A big thank you to the Media Communications Department for the warm welcome and open dialogue!"
Sergey Samonin, RTBSape:
"The feedback from the students and their genuine interest in programmatic advertising technologies inspired me as much as the successful deal. Seeing the sparkle in the eyes of my future colleagues and realizing that our experience is helping shape the next generation of AdTech specialists is priceless. Thank you to the university for this opportunity and to the students for the dialogue.”
