On May 27, Moscow Polytech will launch the 8th All-Russian Scientific and Practical Conference “Current Issues in Foreign Language Teaching within the System of Lifelong Education.” A key feature of this year’s event is the simultaneous organization of the conference and the professional development course “Unified Educational Space: Foreign Language Teaching.” As a result, participants will not only exchange academic experience but also enhance their professional competencies.
The conference will be held at the university’s main campus on Bolshaya Semyonovskaya Street, 38, in a hybrid format (on-site and online). The working languages of the conference are Russian and English. Experts will discuss a wide range of topics related to philological sciences, including linguistics, literary studies, and translation theory, as well as pedagogical sciences, such as foreign language teaching methodology and intercultural communication. Particular attention will also be given to digital education, including modern technologies, digital learning tools, and the application of artificial intelligence in teaching.
The conference is organized by the Department of Foreign Languages of Moscow Polytech with the support of the Civil Defence Academy of EMERCOM of Russia, Shadrinsk State Pedagogical University and the University of Tyumen.
