Moscow Polytech Strengthens Its Position in the RAEX Ranking for Ground Transport Engineering and Technologies
RAEX Agency has published the subject rankings of Russian universities for the fifth time as part of the “Three University Missions” ranking family. Moscow Polytech improved its position by seven places in the category “Ground Transport Engineering and Technologies” and is now ranked 10th.
In 2026, the agency updated the lists of the best universities across 35 subject areas, including mathematics, natural sciences and engineering disciplines, social sciences and humanities, pedagogy, medicine, pharmacy, agriculture, and veterinary studies. A total of 167 universities from 45 regions of Russia were included in the published rankings.
The RAEX subject rankings are based on the assessment of the university’s three key missions - education, research, and social impact. The rankings evaluate which universities provide the highest quality educational and scientific training in a specific subject area while also contributing to social development. The rankings are based исключительно on objective indicators and do not use expert survey results.
It is also worth noting that in the recently published National Employment Ranking, 18 out of 27 academic programs at Moscow Polytech were included in the TOP-10.
