More Than 120 Future Professionals Take Part in Moscow Polytech's "Intellect" Competition

On May 21, Moscow Polytech hosted the "Intellect" Competition, which was attended by schoolchildren, college and university students from Moscow, the Moscow Region, Nizhny Novgorod, Orel, Kursk, Chita, and Novosibirsk. The organizers, the Faculty of Economics and Management of Moscow Polytechnic University, dedicated the event to career guidance and career pathway development through the use of modern artificial intelligence technologies.

According to the organizers, the competition's main goal is to help participants master the skills necessary for a successful career in the digital era: "The future belongs to those who are not afraid to learn new things, work as a team, and use the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence for their development." 

Through a series of practical tasks, participants learned how to:

• interact effectively with AI;

• navigate the labor market and present themselves confidently to potential employers;

• work in a team on innovative projects;

• promote scientific knowledge in the field of managing the development of artificial intelligence.

Participants prepared video introductions to demonstrate their self-presentation skills, used AI tools to identify relevant job opportunities, improved their resumes for specific vacancies with the help of generative AI, analyzed employment risks, and completed mock job interviews using a questionnaire.
