Applications Opened for the M.V. Pirogova Scholarship for the 2026 Academic Year
Moscow Polytech, in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, has opened the application period for the scholarship named after M.V. Pirogova. Full-time undergraduate and graduate students actively engaged in community service and the implementation of socially significant initiatives are invited to participate in the competitive selection. The main condition is to have achievements recorded between April 1, 2025, and March 31, 2026, the absence of academic debts during the competitive period.
The areas of achievement cover a broad spectrum, ranging from environmental protection and animal welfare to supporting participants of the Special Military Operation ("СВО"), health promotion, the development of education and culture, patriotic youth education, the protection of motherhood and childhood, as well as elimination of the consequences of emergencies.
Scholarship Amount:
- Undergraduate students: 15,000 rubles per month.
- Graduate students and residents: 20,000 rubles per month.
The scholarship is awarded for a 12-month period, starting from September 1, 2026. An important restriction: applicants completing their studies (alumnus) before September 1, 2026, are not allowed to participate.
Application Deadline and documents submission: until 23:59 on June 23.
To apply via the стипендия.рф platform (through the organization's portal), applicants need to prepare a package of documents, including:
- Supporting documentation for conducted events and personal participation.
- Documentation verifying achievements, including specific event dates.
- Certificates of change of surname, name or patronymic (if applicable).
- Certified document on the absence of academic debt during the competitive period.
- Certified copy of the enrollment order or an equivalent extract.
Important: To obtain certified documents on academic performance and the absence of debt, students need to contact the branch of the Moscow Polytech Multifunctional Center (MFC). We advise students to take care of this in advance to avoid potential queues near the deadline.
