Training of Workers, Engineering and Scientific Personnel for the Welding Industry Discussed at Moscow Polytech
On February 28, Moscow Polytech became a venue for the information and practical conference “Present and future in training of workers, engineering and scientific personnel for the welding industry of the Russian Federation". The Conference was timed to coincide with the 35th anniversary of the Moscow Interdisciplinary Alliance of Chief Welders. Experts discussed the possibilities for training personnel for welding and other industries, as well as familiarized themselves with laboratory, scientific, commercial and production capabilities of the university.
The agenda included several topics:
- The system of training engineering and scientific staff at Moscow Polytech
- Recruitment of engineering and scientific personnel in welding production facilities and practical proposals for solving personnel problems
- Experience, new developments and solutions for the welding industry:
- Friction welding with mixing aluminum alloy structures
- All-in-one connections of plastic articles
- Laser welding in machine building and prospective of its development
- Orbital welding technologies and equipment
- New solutions on welding technology and hardware by the company KEDR - Training welding simulators
- National Qualification System in the field of welding of the Ministry of Labor of Russian Federation and the NAKS Association
- Main fields in improving the system of training and retraining of engineering and scientific personnel in the system of higher education until 2030
