Representatives of Russian universities completed a professional development program at Moscow Polytechnic University

From March 19 to 21, representatives of Russian universities completed a professional development program on organizing the work of the MFC (Multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services) at the Moscow Polytechnic University. Certificates of completion were received by 16 representatives from four universities in the country.

Over the course of three days, the participants of the program "Organization and Administration of the Work of a Multifunctional Center at a University" were told about the problems, functions, and structure of the center, and were introduced to the services that students and employees, previous students, and graduates can receive at the MFC.

During the lectures, experts talked about the Moscow Polytech's experience in organizing services in a "single window" mode, how the MFC interacts with external organizations and structural divisions of the university, and much more. In practice, the students tried out the digital services in which the MFC operates.
