Moscow Polytechnic University to host Finathlon finals for high school students

Finathlon for high school students is an All-Russian Olympiad in financial literacy, sustainable development and protection of consumer rights in financial services. The Olympic Finals for school students of Moscow and Moscow Region are to be held on March 1 at Moscow Polytech. The Olympiad is included in the list of Olympiads for school students that provide preferences upon admission to the university.

Face-to-face finals will be also held in 60 regions of Russia. The Olympiad enjoys popularity and trust among high school students, parents and teachers, and is held for the twentieth time already. Many universities provide benefits upon admission in the framework of individual achievements both in the economic profile and in socio-humanity fields as well.

This year, 16 295 school students of 8-11 grades from Russian and CIS schools participated in the finals. The participation in Finathlon for senior school students serves not only for identifying talented students but also for forming the sense of responsibility for their own future among the younger generation. It also assists in making a reasonable choice of profession.
