Moscow Polytechnic University and NAMI have launched a joint internship for faculty and students

The program is dedicated to the creation of modern innovative vehicles. The key event will be field sessions at the sites of the industrial partner - FSUE “NAMI”, a leading Russian scientific and engineering center for the transport industry. Faculty staff from the Transport Faculty and students of Moscow Polytech are taking part in the internship. This opportunity arose through an agreement, earlier signed between the university and FSUE “NAMI”.

The goal of the Agreement is the establishment of educational and methodological center for training engineering staff for the innovative transport industry. In its framework, educational programs will be jointly developed and implemented in various fields, such as unmanned transport systems, technology transfer in the automotive industry, electric vehicle manufacturing, and many others

The internship will last until mid-October. A hybrid learning format has been organized for participants: theoretical classes will be held via videoconferencing at the university, and offsite sessions will also be held at NAMI facilities. Participation in the internship will allow faculty staff of Moscow Polytech to integrate the latest industry trends and real cases into educational programs. Experts believe, this will directly improve the quality of training for engineers, who will have to work over the creation of the next generation of domestic transport. For students, this is an opportunity not only to improve their skills, but also to personally meet potential employers and learn about promising projects.
