Moscow Polytech Presents Hybrid Sports Prototype FDR12 at Russia’s Premier Automotive Exhibition
The large-scale specialized exhibition InterAutoMechanics is being held at Crocus Expo in Moscow fr om August 19 to 22, uniting key players in the automotive industry — from manufacturers of vehicles and components to maintenance and repair specialists. Moscow Polytech is showcasing Russia’s first hybrid racing sports prototype, the FDR12, at the event.
The exhibition features the latest tech, equipment, and services in auto repair, logistics, transportation, and spare parts. The business program includes a series of discussions and round tables wh ere industry experts are tackling a wide range of relevant topics.
Note that on August 20, representatives of the university and project partners will take the stage:
— Pablo Iturralde, Director of the Advanced Engineering School of Technological Leadership "FDR" at Moscow Polytech
— Polina Sukhenko, Designer of the FDR Moscow Engineering Racing Team at Moscow Polytech
— Alexander Kazmin, Founder and Head of GameSTUL! and GoRace projects
They will share insights into the development process of the hybrid racing sports prototype.
The Moscow Polytech development uses 70% domestically sourced components, most of which are manufactured in-house. The project involved 26 people from across different faculties, though the core team consisted of students from the university’s Advanced Engineering School of Technological Leadership "FDR".
Prospective students still have the chance to join the university and gain hands-on experience in developing innovative high-tech products.
