Distributed Thermal Energy (Thermal Power Engineering and Heat Engineering)

The program trains specialists who will be able to carry out:

• research, design, construction, operation, installation, repair and modernization of technical means for the production of heat, its application, control of its flows and the conversion of other types of energy into heat, process automation;
• design of heat and power supply systems, fuel supply, workshops of industrial enterprises and housing and communal services;
• calculation and design of parts and components of heat and power supply equipment, air conditioning systems;
• development of design and detailed technical documentation for power supply systems and systems;
• development of energy-saving enterprises for heat supply networks and the use of non-traditional renewable energy sources.

During the educational process, students work on real projects of customers, participate in university and international conferences, in scientific research together with leading professors of the department and industrial partners, active students with high academic performance undergo internships abroad.
