The journal is specialized in publication of scientific articles, relevant to the tropic “Transportation machines, transport-technological means and power plants” under the following groups of specialties out of the Nomenclature of scientific workers specialties:

05.04.00 — Power Engineering, Metallurgical and Chemical Machine Building (technical sciences);

The journal “ Machine Building and Engineering Education”

The journal “Machine Building and Engineering Education” is included in the List of peer-reviewed publications HAC (edition dated of 01.01.2018), wherein there should be published main scientific results of the theses on competition of scientific degree of a doctor and PhD. To the Journal List the following groups of scientific specialties are referred to:

The journal publishes results of fundamental, search and applied problem–oriented research works of current state of higher school and its development tendencies, executes on the at the junction of sciences from the position of pedagogics, sociology, history, economics and management. Content of the journal sections corresponds to three branches of industry in compliance with the Nomenclature of scientific workers specialties:

The main goal of the journal – is to inform specialists of the latest achievements of scientific and engineering ideas, to inform them of the newest tractor machinery test results, to protect the interests of production plants, scientific and R&D organizations of the branch.

The journal “News of Higher Education Entities. Problems of Polygraphy and Publishing”

The goals of scientific and Technical journal – highlighting and dissemination of latest achievements of science and technology in the sphere of polygraphy, modern printing technologies and printing art. The purpose of publishing of the journal is — uniting creative efforts of students, postgraduates, doctoral students, faculty staff of higher education entities, scientists and specialists of scientific — research organizations of different countries for solving important problems in the sphere of polygraphy and printing and publishing industry and intensification of scientific activity. The journal publishes materials on the following groups of scientific specialties:
