Machines, Aggregates and Technological Processe

Primary academic program of post-graduate studies, realized on the basis of Moscow Poly by 15.06.01 “Mechanical engineering” training program (level of top-qualification training) and “Machines, assembly and processes” educational program is developed in accordance with requests of labor market, Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Education of the according training program (FGOS VPO), as well as recommended educational program.

Educational program is focused on development and realisation of scientific and creative potential of students, considering requirements of innovative machinery and technology, along with developing pedagogical skills on the level of university and postgraduate study. Direction of program develops problem solving skills on formulating scientific based effective measures and technologies of planning, construction and modernisation of processes, machines and assemblies and their operation in different industrial areas, conducting of research in following areas:

• Development of scientific and methodological basis of new machines, assemblies and processes creation; mechanization of the production in accordance with modern requirements of domestic and international market, technologies, quality, reliability, durability, industrial and environmental security. 
• Development of parametric lines of machinery based on unification and optimization of separate components and assemblies, as well as optimization synthesis of production systems.   
• Theoretical and experimental research of machinery and assemblies parameters and their interaction during complex mechanization of primary and secondary processes and operations.  
• Methodological framework for formation of quantitative and qualitative structure of car and assembly park, according to functional purpose, organization-industrial and technologic parameters of regional and natural-climatic factors of production.
• Development of scientific and methodological means of mechanisms, assemblies and processes performance improvement, and assessment of their economic efficiency and resource.
• Research of technological processes, dynamics of mechanisms, assemblies and components and their interaction with the environment.  

Development and performance improvement of maintenance, diagnostics, repairability, mechanisms and assemblies repair technologies in order to provide safe and secure operation and extension of service life.
