Construction is one of dynamically developing spheres of industry. People have been engaged in construction since ancient times. Today, this profession is incredibly in demand. Every year, hundreds of buildings are erected: fr om private cottages up to huge multifunctional complexes. The expertise accumulated over centuries in combination with modern technologies and materials allows us to build a wide variety of buildings. This is a profession, wh ere creativity is combined with strict adherence to standards.

Higher education is an opportunity to work in engineering specialties. During studies students obtain the following knowledge: about the organization and execution of all types of construction works, fundamentals of geology and surveying, architecture and design of buildings, about the properties of construction materials and rules of their application, the ability to build and to read drawings, work with technical documentation, skills of working in specialized computer software programs, calculate the volume and cost of the upcoming works, observe safety regulations at the site, monitor the quality of executed works and timely eliminate drawbacks, features of the operation of finished buildings.
