The Russian House in New Delhi has announced the results of the Poetry Contest for foreign citizens "Russia - My Soul". The event was organised by Moscow Polytechnic University with the support of the Russkiy Mir Foundation. According to the organisers, the event was a resounding success for all those interested in Russian culture and language, including students, teachers and guests of the venue.
The programme comprised a cultural lecture on the richness of Russian literature, great writers and traditions. Furthermore, the Indian students participated in a masterclass on painting matryoshkas, a symbol of Russian culture and folk art.
The organisers presented contestants with memorable gifts that symbolised friendship and respect between the two countries' cultures.
This year, the festival will be held in two formats. Face-to-face events are held in India and Pakistan. Online meetings can be attended from a variety of countries worldwide. The primary objective is to promote Russian culture and the Russian language.

Pakistan, Karachi - from the 17th to the 20th of April 2025 (programme and registration)
Online Festival - from the 22nd to the 23rd of May 2025 (programme and registration)
