“More than 250 Educational Programs”: President of Moscow Polytech on air of “Knowledge.TV” about opportunities for students. On September 1, on air of “Knowledge.TV”, President of Moscow Polytech Vladimir Miklushevskii spoke about the fields of study at the University, about new developments at the Advanced Engineering School of Electric Transport (AESET), as well as about the opportunity of getting additional education at the University.

In particular, Vladimir Miklushevskii replied to the questions related to the Children’s Technopark at the Engineering Development Center at the University. Thus, from a young age children become familiar with advanced technologies and relevant professions that are taught at the University.

In addition, President spoke about how project activities are implemented at Moscow Polytech, which is considered the flagship of this area. This is a mandatory discipline that is included in the curriculum. Currently, the University interacts with more than 750 industrial partners, the leaders of the Russian market. As a result, 95% of students find jobs immediately after graduation.


On air, the role of the Advanced Engineering School of Electric Transport in strengthening technological sovereignty of the country was discussed. According to Vladimir Miklushevskii, the school must become a leader in promoting innovative technologies to the market. Thus, the development of the platform for a Russian electric vehicle of L7 Category is underway at the university, by order of the “Avtotor” company.

President also spoke about his students’ years and wished a success to students whose new academic year started.


“I wish you a success in a difficult task – mastering new sciences and new knowledge. After all, it is considered that the world is changed by technologies and innovations; yes, it is really the case, but in fact, people make these technologies and innovations: creative, dedicated to win, proactive. And these are the kind of poeple I wish you to be!” - noted President Vladimir Miklushevskii.

Reference: On September 1, the Russian society “Znanyje” (Knowledge) launched a large-scale All-Russian campaign “Share Your Knowledge”. The campaign was opened by a marathon of rectors of the main universities of Moscow.
