Delegation from Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi Visited Moscow Polytech
Turkish delegation from Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi visited Moscow Polytech. The meeting programme included several events: lectures, discussions of cooperation prospects, excursion to the Advanced Engineering School of Electric Transport of the university, and a meeting with students.
Several professors of Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa Üniversitesi participated in the event: Mehmet Akar - Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department, Mustafa Eker - Professor of Civil Defence and Fire Safety Department, Emrah Eser - Professor of Electrical Engineering Department, Emre Gözüacık - Professor of the Electrical Engineering Department, Muhammed Çelik - Professor of the Computer Software Department.
From the side of our university the guests were welcomed by: Yulia Davydova - Vice-Rector for International Affairs, Alina Andrukh - Head of the International Department, Yuri Furletov - Professor of the Advanced Engineering School of Electric Transport, Pablo Itturalde - Head of the Advanced Engineering School of Electric Transport.
The representatives of the universities held a business meeting to discuss further co-operation. Then the Delegation visited the laboratories of the Transport Department and the Advanced Engineering School of Electric Transport. At the end of the event Professor Mehmet Akar and Professor Mustafa Eker gave open lectures: “Induction motor review” and “Axial flux motors”. The university students learnt about the latest trends in their field of study. After the presentations students asked questions and discussed the topics raised by the lecturers.
