Moscow Polytech representatives became one of 8 teams that competed for victory in a quiz “History and Future of Russia-Africa Relations”. The event was organized by the Russia-Africa Club under Lomonosov Moscow State University. As the result, Moscow Polytech won the 3rd place.
As envisioned by the authors of the project, the quiz had to put emphasis on the historical experience, as well as contribution of great personas to strengthening cooperation between our country and the countries of the African continent. The event was held on the 1st floor of the XIX century building.
The participants had to answer questions related both to modern Russia-Africa international relations, and their history. On top of that, the participants had to demonstrate their knowledge in the key cooperation areas: politics, economics, scientific-technological and cultural-humanitarian areas.
According to attache for culture and education of Burkina-Faso Timbkieta Savadogo, the quiz contained the questions that could even get experts in Russia-Africa relations confused. The diplomat highlighted that such meetings contribute to strengthening and uniting friendly relations between the young people from Russia and African countries.
