Contest of Grant Support for Research and Project Initiatives of the Youth n.a. V. G. Kostomarov
The Pushkin State Russian Language Institute and Ministry of Education and Science of Russian hold a contest of grant support for research and project initiatives of the youth n.a. academic V. G. Kostomarov.
In 2021 the contest is timed to coincide with the Year of Science in Technology in Russia and with 30 year anniversary of Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The main goal of the Contest is to support international humanitarian research and project initiatives of the youth from CIS states.
The tasks of the Contest:
- Development of international youth politics;
- Promotion of Russian education and Russian language as an interlanguage in the CIS region, prospect of cooperation in the humanities area.
Young people (students of specialized and higher education organizations, post-graduates, docents, young scientists and specialists) aging from 18 to 35, from following countries are welcome to participate: Azerbaijan Republic, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Tajikistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Russian Federation, Turkmenistan and Ukraine.
The submissions can be individual and group (up to 5 persons) on two nominations:
1) Information and awareness-rising projects;
2) Research and Development projects.
At the end of the competition 10 winners will be announced and awarded with grants equal to the amount of 50.000 rubles for realization of their individual projects. They will also be invited to Moscow to take part in the forum. All the travel and staying expenses during the forum will be covered by the Pushkin University.
