Applications are still being accepted for the competition of mentors “TO BE, NOT TO SEEM”

In the competition “TO BE, NOT TO SEEM” there may participate students, specialists, working with young people, mentors, tutors, combat veterans, as well as the heads and participants of patriotic initiatives at the age of 16. The competition is aimed at the popularization and support of the best techniques in the sphere of patriotic upbringing round all the country, as well as at the formation of the reserve of personnel in this sphere, identifying new leaders, including those from the participants of the Special Military Operation (SMO).

On 2025 in the selection took part more than 70 thousand people from all the regions of the country, including DPR and LPR. The Final brought together 400 mentors, among whom 100 became the winners. Among the finalists - 60 SMO participants, 48 knights of the Order of Courage and 42 persons awarded with the medal “For Bravery”.

In the Year 2026, for the participants it is suggested to select one of the following nominations: ”A Novice Mentor”, “A Experienced Mentor”, “A Mentor - Leader”, “Your /SMO – Mentor” and the nomination “A Mentor at Service”. The main novelty of the season is the team nomination “To Be an Example”.

The Qualifying Stage will last until April 12. Finals are planned for this autumn.
