In order to contact the psychologist, specify your full name, group number (or position and department) and your phone number that can be used to contact you if necessary.
To get a competent advice from a psychologist, describe your problem (what is bothering you at the moment considering “the context of the situation) in a short but informative manner.
Formulate the question that you would like to ask the psychologist.
Requests take 2-4 days to be considered.

Psychological Counseling Service provides counseling through the calendar year excluding weekends and public holidays. It is guided by the principles of confidentiality, safety and free-will.
Consultations are held both in person in service offices and online via mobile communications, messengers, Zoom, Skype, or e-mail.
The duration of a pre-scheduled session is 50-6o minutes.
If students want to cancel or postpone the consultation, they must notify the specialist at least 1 day before the scheduled appointment.
In a force-majeure situation, it`s necessary to inform the specialist about the impossibility to attend the consultation.
In case of unforeseen circumstances or a sickness, the psychological service worker should inform the student about the cancellation or postponement of the session 1 day before the scheduled appointment, or at the earliest possible time.
None of the sides is allowed to skip the consultation without a prior notification.
If you are 15 minutes late for the consultation and did not warn about it in advance, the appointment is cancelled.
If you are in an acute, crisis state, you can arrange an unscheduled urgent session from 15 to 30 minutes on the day of application.
