Technology and Hardware for Mechanical and Phisical and Technical Processing

The post-graduate program aims to create conditions for post-graduate students to acquire the necessary level of knowledge, skills, and experience in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education in the field of training 15.06.01 "Mechanical engineering" and prepare for the defense of Scientific and Qualification Work (dissertation) for the degree of Candidate of Technical Scienceses.

The volume of the postgraduate program is 240 credit units (hereinafter referred to as c.u.), regardless of the form of study, the educational technologies used, the implementation of the postgraduate program using the network form, the implementation of the postgraduate program according to an individual curriculum, including accelerated learning.

Educational activities under the postgraduate program are carried out in the official language of the Russian Federation – Russian.


Studies at Moscow Poly

The program is taught by the specialized Department of "Mechanical Engineering Technology", which was founded in 1939 — when the University was founded. The main directions of scientific activities are: technology for automatic and robotic Assembly; robotic technology treatment; gear treatment technologies; technology of EDM processing; technologies for applying functional coatings. The Department has highly professional scientific personnel in this area. There are a number of research laboratories equipped with modern research equipment.
