About Program
The educational program is implemented at the Faculty of Chemical Technology and Biotechnology. The main purpose of the bachelor’s degree program is to prepare highly qualified specialists who are able to use modern methods and technologies in conducting scientific and technological experiments, to understand the principles of modern informational technologies and apply them to solve issues in their professional activity. Most enterprises are interested in specialists who are able to introduce energy and resource saving environmentally friendly technologies for the production of basic inorganic substances, products of basic and fine organic synthesis, polymer materials, products of oil, gas and solid fuels, microbiological synthesis, medicines and food products. Students should also be capable to develop methods for wastewater treatment and industrial and household waste and raw materials, as well as to manage environmental protection in industry.
By the end of education, students will learn the basics of computer modeling of chemical and technological processes and will be able to use programs and methods for scientific research, gain practical skills in developing energy- and resource-saving environmentally friendly technologies across various industries.

Study in the specialty 18.03.02 will allow students to become familiar with the principles of developing energy- and resource-saving environmentally friendly technologies for processing industrial and household waste, obtaining and processing polymer materials, wastewater treatment, as well as managing environmental protection in industry.
Specialists of this profile are always in demand in the labor market, and the students may realize themselves as engineers, designers, and specialists in various fields.
