Education in this educational program is aimed at training scientific and pedagogical workers for higher education and research organizations.
An ongoing program of training scientific and pedagogical personnel in graduate school in the direction of training highly qualified personnel 01.06.01 Mathematics and mechanics, profile “Dynamics, Endurance of Machines and Equipment” provides training for graduates who are able to carry out the following types of professional activities:
1. Research activities in the field of:
- development of research and technical development programs;

collection, processing, analysis and systematization of scientific and technical information on the research topic;

development of methods and organization of experiments and tests, analysis of their results;

preparation of scientific and technical reports, reviews, publications based on the results of research;

fundamental and applied mathematics, mechanics, natural sciences;

protection of intellectual property, management of the results of research activities.
2. Teaching activities in educational programs of higher education.
Educational program 01.06.01 Mathematics and Mechanics, profile “Dynamics, Endurance of Machines and Equipment”, studying the methods of mechanics and computational mathematics for the behavior of technical objects for various purposes, the laws of mechanical phenomena and related processes of a different nature (pneumohydraulic, thermal, electrical and etc.) occurring in machines, devices, structures and their elements, as well as in materials, both natural and artificially produced.
As part of the educational program, the following are studied:
- scientific foundations and design tools for new generations of machines, instruments, apparatus, technologies and materials;

features of creating new generations of machines, devices, equipment, technologies and materials with qualitatively new functional properties;

problems of improving existing machines, instruments, equipment and technologies with improved operational characteristics, less material and energy consumption;

the specifics of ensuring the efficiency, reliability and safety of machines, instruments and equipment at all stages of the life cycle, from the choice of a constructive solution to the solution of the issue of decommissioning or extending the service life.
