Moscow Polytechnic University hosted an event uniting international students in celebration of St. Valentine's Day. This evening offered a unique opportunity for socialization, adaptation and improvement of Russian language skills for the students.
The event began with a presentation about St. Valentine's Day, where participants learned a lot about the traditions and history of this holiday. Afterwards, the students participated in a quiz to apply their knowledge and practice their Russian language skills.
In addition, the students practiced their writing. The participants made a joint poster in Russian and other languages, thus practicing their handwriting skills.
The evening culminated in a joint photo shoot for the students to socialize and practice their language in an informal setting.
Such events help international students not only to develop their language skills, but also to feel as part of the big and friendly family of Moscow Polytechnic University. We love our university for uniting us and giving the opportunity to learn Russian in an engaging and friendly atmosphere.
