Moscow Poly Held Graduation Party for Preparatory Department International Graduates
Moscow Poly held a graduation ceremony for the international students who graduated the preparatory department. 246 people learnt Russian and mastered basic major disciplines.
The ceremony was also attended by the embassy representatives – First Secretary of the Embassy of Vietnam Mai Nguyen Tuyet Hoa, Education Counselor of the Embassy of Afghanistan Sarvari Asadullah, Counselor of the Embassy of Palestine Abdella M. Iesa, Embassy of Palestine representative Abu Saleh Samir, MAS executives Vimalagunasekara Egoda Vitharanage Sriyanka Vimashan and Victoria Lysenko.
Moscow Poly vice-president for international affairs Yulia Davydova addressed the graduates with the words of farewell:
“We`re happy that students choose Moscow Poly for their studies. We were happy to share this important period with you and see your achievements on the way to professional goals. We wish you luck when mastering the chosen disciplines. See you at the main educational programs!”- congratulated the graduates Yulia Davydova.
For the guests of the event and graduates, there has been an eventful program prepared. The University students and preparatory department graduates performed songs and poems about Russia.
Also as per tradition, a quiz about Russia was held. Graduates managed to surprise the guests of the event with how aware the graduates about Russia, they solved difficult linguistic rebuses and answered complex questions, such as how many nationalities live in Russia and what the biggest Russian river is.
A photo album was prepared for the graduates, who recalled the best moments of their stay in Russia during this year while looking at the photos.
Many graduates expressed their desire to continue their studies at Moscow Poly and thanked the University employees:
“The year at the preparatory department is the best year of my life and I`m really grateful to Moscow Poly”, - shared his emotions Srivastav Aditia from India.
In his turn, Doan Tien Lap from Vietnam said:
