The “Family in the Process of Social Relations” conference held at Moscow Polytech
On May 22, The International scientific and practical conference “Family in the Process of Social Relations” was hosted by Moscow Polytech. It was organised by the Directorate for Educational and Social Work jointly with the Faculty of Economics and Management.
130 registrations were received for the conference. At the plenary session, the moderator - Professor of the Management Department and Doctor of Economics Alexandra Gridchina - spoke about modern realities of reviwing the family phenomenon: functionality, necessity, semantic reference points and values. The moderator noted that the modern social policy of the state is focused on understanding new trends around the family institution (the format of family arrangement, emerging new challenges and problems).
Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Anton Nazarenko welcomed the participants of the Conference and wished them fruitful work.
The deputy corps of the Alekseevsky district was represented by Olga Aksyanova, the coordinator of NEAD Regional Social Organization “Association of Large Families of Moscow”, who devoted her presentation to the creation of social elevators for the development and promotion of children, being brought up in large families.
The plenary session was followed by work in sections:
- The Russian identity and traditional family values;
- Family and healthy mentality of the population; state support and social protection of family values;
- Management of social technologies and family values: strategies and tools for successful interaction;
- Cyberbullying: ways of counteraction;
- The family role in patriotic upbringing of young generation (the school section);
- The role of modern communication technologies in forming traditional family values;
- Socio-economic aspects of family relations in world cultures.
The activists of the Movement of the First of MBEE Biokombinatovsky SES, MBEE SES2 named after V.V.Dagayev and Sverdlovskaya Secondary School N2 of Losino-Petrovsky also took part in the school section and presented their projects demonstrating high level of preparation and worthily represented the city district Losino-Petrovsky.
The work of scientific sections with face-to-face reports and teleconferences finalized the discussions that raised a wide range of historical, philosophical, cultural, psychological, economical and sociological issues.
The conference was attended by students from Kingdom of Morocco, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Bulgaria, Republic of Tajikistan, People’s Republic of China, The Republic of Azerbaijan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Republic of Ivory Coast, Kyrgyz Republic, Socialist Republic of Vietnam, the Republic of Kazakhstan, People's Republic of Bangladesh, Syrian Arab Republic.
Competition was organized during the conference. The winners will be notified via e-mail and awarded with diplomas, while all the participants will receive Certificates of Attendance.
