The development of Moscow Polytech entered TOP-10 of the “Academy 0f Innovators”

Moscow Polytech presented a photopolymer 3-D printer model during the large-scale finale of the second stream of the acceleration program for inventors the “Academy of Innovators” hosted by the “Lomonosov” cluster. The event attracted representatives of the best startups, investors and businesspersons.

Founder of “NEOPIXEL” Maxim Bogush presented the first domestic photopolymer 3-D printer. This innovative device is capable of printing items with the resolution of 19 microns that is 4 times thinner than a human hair. The highly precision models created with the help of it make it possible to reduce production costs, improve the enterprise efficiency and increase the profit up to ten times. The main spheres of application of a 3-d printer are medicine, jewelry business and machine building.

According to calculations of the organizers, the participants of the second stream of the “Academy of Innovators” managed to attract around 60 million rubles of investments. These are more than a hundred of ideas that transformed into startups and then found their customers.

Reference: “NEOPIXEL” project was founded in 2022. Students of various specialties are invlolved: engineers, designers, builders, chemists, stylists and programmers. The main goal of the project is introducing a photopolymer 3-D printer into mass production.
