“The best education is here!”: Graduation Ceremonies at Moscow Polytech Have Finished
The Graduation ceremonies have finished at Moscow Polytech. This year, almost 1,700 students graduated successfully. Third part of them received their diplomas with honours. There were 56 students who showed themselves the best way in social, scientific, creative and sports activities. Rector of the University Vladimir Miklushevskii, Vice-Rectors, Directors of Institutes, Deans of Faculties, professors, relatives and friends congratulated the graduates.
In accordance with a long-standing tradition, the series of celebrations was opened with the awarding of educational documents to graduates who had distinguished themselves in their studies, science, social and cultural life. In the official part of the event, Rector of Moscow Polytech Vladimir Miklushevskii congratulated the students on graduation and wished them to achieve career success in the future.
"The years have flown by imperceptibly, but believe me, they will be remembered for the rest of your life. The most important thing is that during this time you have learnt to be friends, to love, to work in a team, you have learnt to reach new heights, to achieve success! Of course, I want to say special words of gratitude today to your parents and your professors, because it was our professors who gave you that knowledge, instilled those values that you will go on with in life! Good luck to you!", - Vladimir Miklushevskii, Rector of the University, said to the graduates.
The creative teams of the University prepared a varied celebration program. The audience saw performances by the Creative Workshop, Dance Laboratory, Vocal Group, Illusion Workshop of Moscow Polytech and Free Dance Family. At the awarding of diplomas with honours to students, activists and postgraduates, they were also shown a theatrical performance.
"The most outstanding thing for me during my studies was my extracurricular activities: starting with student councils and finishing with the perfect education", said Anna Logacheva, a graduate of the Chemical Technologies and Biotechnologies Department.
"I can definitely say that Moscow Polytech is a great university and has the best educational opportunities! In the future I would like to continue studying and go to postgraduate studies," said Koffi Kristov, a graduate of the Mechanical Engineering Department.
"Most of all I remember my classmates and the people I met at the Volunteer Centre. Don't be afraid to show yourself, trust others and be open to them, because being a student is the best time to create your own destiny," said Vera Kopteva, a graduate of the Department of Economics and Management.
For the graduate of the Information Technology Department, the celebration would be remembered by one more important event: she was proposed right on the stage. She said yes!
Congratulations once again to our graduates! We wish you to continue learning, become better and, of course, not to stop thinking bolder!
