Russian cuisine competition finals

February 8-12, 2021

Moscow Poly hosted a video competition “Cook an analogue to a national dish” for foreign students of our University.

The competition was held in the terms of “Day of Russian culture” and of the Strategic project “Increasing export capacity”.

Approximately 15 works were sent to the competition.

Foreign students of Moscow Poly and its branches, the students of Volgograd State Technical University pre-university training faculty took part in the competition.

The jury had to evaluate all the sent videos and select the best ones.

Authoritative jury, chaired by Elena Platonova, a candidate of Philological sciences, the associate professor of the “Humanities” department, determined the competition winners on the basis of the following criteria:


¾   Presentation;

¾   Aesthetics of the dish;

¾   Level of originality;

¾   Ingredient combination and compatibility;

¾   Performance quality;

¾   Adherence to the grammatical and phonetic norms of the Russian language.

The first place was taken by the students of Moscow Poly pre-university training faculty: Nguen Wan Lin and Tran Wan Kien (group IT-1).

The second place was taken by the student of Moscow Poly pre-university training faculty:Zyong Thi Le Hang (group IT-1).

The third place was taken by the student of Moscow Poly pre-university training faculty: Nguen Chan Than Tam (group IT-1).

The winners will receive their certificates via e-mail.
