"Priority 2030": Nine Young Scientists at Moscow Polytechnic University Receive Vladimir Fortov Grants
Moscow Polytechnic University has announced the winners of its fourth annual research competition for young scientists. The selected projects will receive funding through the Vladimir Fortov Grant program (Phase IV), conducted as part of the University's development strategy and the "Priority 2030" strategic academic leadership initiative.
The competition was open exclusively to Moscow Polytechnic University faculty members under 35 years of age. Submitted projects needed to address one or more of these research areas: innovative ground transportation systems; manufacturing technologies for engineering applications; intelligent control systems; digital twins and vehicle dynamics modeling; and sensor technology.
This year's grant recipients and their projects are:
Anton Bespalov — "Bicycle Gear Hub"
Denis Bogush — "Development and Improvement of Friction Stir Welding Technologies for New-Generation Aluminum and Magnesium Alloys"
Artyom Dubrovsky — "Real - Time Verification of Fuel Consumption Parameters for a Tractor Unit Using Digital Terrain Models and Artificial Intelligence"
Valeriya Kolishchak — "Intelligent Control Systems for Energy Systems"
Roman Komisaruk — "Zenitsa"
Andrey Nazarov — "Patterns of Multi-Wheel Pneumatic Propulsion Rolling on a Deformable Surface"
Anna Nikulina — "Hardware-Software Complex Based on Interchangeable Modules for Demonstrating Sensor Operation and Intelligent Control Systems"
Alexandra Pogiba — "Non-Electronic (Mechano-Optical) Sensors and Devices for Protecting Ground Transport from Excessive Solar Radiation"
Vladislav Filipovich — "Information Technology for Data Extraction and Generation for an Intelligent Project-Based Learning Support System"
