‘Priority 2030’ Expert Group Learnt About Moscow Poly Automotive Engineering Products

‘Sociosenter’ expert group that has been working at Moscow Poly lately has paid a visit to the University premises where the projects in the sphere of mechanical engineering are implemented.

At the Center for Engineering Development labs the guest were shown car elements produced at the University by the students and employees.

The head of the “Smart-Moto” lab, Semyon Zaytsev has told the visitors about the smart shuttle and production of the freight version of the vehicle.

Center for Engineering Development marketing specialist, Ekaterina Kuznetsova, in her turn, introduced expert group members to the story behind the ‘MIG’ motorbikes creation and the sequence of victories at various international race contests.

At the Moscow Poly ‘Promdesign’ scientific research center, the head of the industrial design field, Alexander Pavlov shared that the team has been professionally engaged in automotive design for over 30 years. There are 50 employees at the Center, including the University students and graduates.


Reference: ‘Sociocenter’ in a competent organization under the Ministry of the Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation that provides for the maintenance of the “Priority 2030” academic leadership program that is the largest program for university support in Russian history. The program aims at creating a wide group of universities that will take on the leading role in creating new scientific knowledge, technology and elaborations to be implemented into the Russian economy and social sphere. Moscow Poly has been the participant of the program since fall 2021. Within the framework of the program, the University under assistance of the ‘AVTOTOR’ holding implements a “Available Electric Car” strategic project.
