Priority 2030: cross-university expert assessment completed at Moscow Polytech
Moscow Polytech conducted a cross-university expert assessment in the framework of the Priority 2030 program. The event aimed at conducting an independent assessment of the progress of development programs implemented by participants in the state program.
The purpose of the assessment was to assess the achievement of strategic indicators, identify key barriers, and share best practices between universities for the subsequent updating of their development programs.
During the two-day session, the Moscow Polytech Transformation Working Group, jointly with external experts from leading scientific and educational centers across the country, conducted an assessment in four areas: the university model and strategic goals, development program management, technological leadership, and the personnel training system.
The expert panel included:
Alexander Veretennikov, Deputy Director General for scientific and technical work, JSC “Experimental Plant of Scientific Instrument Engineering with a Special Design Bureau of the Russian Academy of Sciences”;
Daniil Sandler, First Vice-Rector for Economics and Strategic Development, Ural Federal University (UrFU);
Alexander Alexeyev, Head of Directorate for Organization of Scientific Research, Perm Polytech (PSRPU);
Alexander Anokhin, Senior Researcher, Institute of Metallurgy and Materials Science named after A.A. Baykov.
Nargis Valamat-Zade, Head of the Department of Expert Assessment and Network Interaction of “Sociocenter”, also participated in the event.
Engaging representatives from Priority 2030 participating universities in the mutual evaluation of development programs is a new format of expert activity.
The work resulted in presentations on each area, containing specific recommendations and proposals for adjusting development projects.
