Moscow Polytech's innovative development featured on Federal TV Channel

A photopolymer 3D printer model, developed at Moscow Polytech, is of interest to medical professionals, noted the author of the “NeoPixel” project Maxim Bogush on the air of the TV Channel “Rossiya 24”. The material with the footage and the interview became part of the program “City Technologies”. In the new issue, the reporters explain how innovative developments are supported.

Let us remind you that the first domestic photopolymer 3-D printer is an innovative device allowing to print items with the resolution from 18 microns. This is four times thinner than a human hair. According to the developers, the high-precision items created with the help of the printer may reduce production costs, increase efficiency of an enterprise, as well as increase profit of the company up to 10 times. A 3-D printer, the authors say, may be used in dentistry, jewelry, machine building and other industries.

Reference: The “NeoPixel” project has been implemented since 2022. The students of various specialties participate in the project: engineers, designers, builders, chemists, stylists and software developers. The main goal of the project is to launch a photopolymer 3-D printer into serial production.
