During the tour around the Museum of Victory Moscow Polytech international students get acquainted with the history of the Great Patriotic War, laid flowers to the Eternal Flame and Monument of Sorrow. The event was organized by the African Club under Lomonosov University.
At the Museum of Victory located on Poklonnaya Gora, the participants of the tour dived into the atmosphere of the historical events of the Great Patriotic War, learnt details of the key battles that the Red Army held and the deed od the USSR peoples who won the most blood-shedding war that ever happened in history and who saved the whole world from the horrors of fascism.
“Very happy that I could visit the Museum of Victory. Thanks to the tour, I was able to enrich my knowledge about the history of Russia. I think that the world must remember the great contribution that the USSR people made to the victory over fascism”, shares the participant of the tour.
The tour united Students and lecturers from M.V.Lomonosov MSU, RUDN, Moscow Polytech, Plekhnov RUE, Timiryazev Academy, HSE, as well as representatives of Union of African Diaspora, diaspora members of Guinea, Chad, Madagascar, Congo, Cameroon and many other countries.
