ProDESIGN.Junior is a prestige contest for school and college students and young specialists in the sphere of design. The contest took place in the late January 2023 at the venue of the International Festival of Promotion Technologies and ‘ProMediaTech’ Advertising’. A group of designers from Moscow Poly headed by the assistant professor Andrei Matershev took part in the contest in “Design” track for students.
At the ProDESIGN. Junior contest, second-year student Elizaveta Bairamova took the 1st place in the “Leaflet, Cover Photo and Advertising Blackboard Design for KAMAZ” nomination, the 3rd place in the same nomination went to the third-year student Valery Vlasova. Another 3rd place was awarded to the third-year student Ekaterina Linyova in the “Aircraft Livery and Merch Design” nomination. All girls study design at Moscow Poly transport faculty.
“The teacher suggested participating and I thought ‘Why not?’ When I realized that I took the first place, the motivation to grow in this field area increased. I`m grateful for the experience I gained at the contest – I had to be attentive to the tasks set and follow the deadlines”, - Elizaveta noted.
According to the organization committee, in total 95 students submitted their works for the “Aircraft Livery and Merch Design”, whereas for the “Leaflet, Cover Photo and Advertising Blackboard Design for KAMAZ” 22 applications from various universities were registered.
