The participant of the “Tvoi Khod” student project under the presidential platform “Russia – Country for Opportunities” Leonid Romanenko has won 1,000,000 in the framework of the contest track – “I am doing”. Moscow Polytech student became a winner of the third season having presented his project “Cinema Club”.
The third season finals took place at VDNKHa in Moscwo in the period between December 12 and 14 in the framework of the Russian national student forum – Tvoi Khod 2023.
In the course of several stages, the participants of the track «I`m doing» were moving forward towards their victory. In the summer, the expert assessment of the projects submitted by the participatns took place. After that, he authors of the best projects defensed the results of their works before the experts at regionsl stages. As a result, there were 200 projects chosen with their leaders receiving 1,000,000 rubles each to make their dream come true.
Moscow Polytech student Leonid Romanenko, the participant of the track – “Human – Artistic Image” has established a cinema club at the University that became the spot of attraction for students and those with passion for cinema. The guys hold meetings, watch masterprieces of the world cinematography and discuss with them with the like-minded people. Apart from that, in the frameworkof the project the team has created a cinema studio that specializes in holding joint trainings for those who`d like to make their first steps in the industry.
At the studio, the youth studies and accomplishes various theoretical and practical tasks to develop the skills of shooting their own movies. The participatns of the educational program shoot short films, take on the experience from the leading specialists in the industry and prepare for their first festivals.
«The first films by the participants were shown at the inter-university cinema festival Kubiki.Kino. The premiere took place in a very warm atmosphere. The project was supported students and teachers. I`m sp happy that the cinema club attracted project experts` attenion. I didn`t even dream about being among the winners so, I`m still shocked”. – Leonid Romanenko shared.
At the awarding ceremony, the project partners have also encourage the winners of the third season.”OAO RZHD” and “PAO GMK Nornikel” prepared some prizes and awards for the winners of the project, whereas the “Rosatom” corporation will send 20 winners travelling around the atom industry, and “VK” will award VK capsules and certificates for education.
