A 5-day teambuilding series was held for students at Moscow Poly. Students from over 10 University units, such as Creative Workshop, Volunteer Center, Curators, Joint Student Council, Intellectual League, and etc., have visited the teambuilding events.
Playing strategic games at the sessions didn’t only allow students to demonstrate their leadership qualities or level up their soft skills, the students got more specific about the areas that their teams are growing in, and found out their strong and weak points.
“The students have also summed up the results of the previous academic year and set plans for the upcoming one. Events as such generally aim at bringing up the team spirit so that every student could feel themselves a part of a big family”, - noted the head of Moscow Poly HR-service Igor Zagretsky.
