Enrollees who entered Moscow Poly Faculty of Urban Studies and Urban Management of in 2022 have already started to dive into profession. In August, students together with the faculty activists visited the “The City for Everyone” exhibition at the Moscow Urban Forum.
The best city projects were presented at the exhibition that took place in «Manege». The first-year students were able to see the transformations that happened to Moscow over the last decade, as well as get acquainted with the results of the most striking and important urban transformations. Visitors also learnt about plans for further development of the city, such as new bridge projects, public areas, scientific and sports centers, as well as centers for children.
According to the organizers, such excursions is a part of immersion into the professional activity.
“The students got acquainted with the projects they will participate in and implement as specialists in the future. They saw changing urban objects in real time through interactive maps, installations and 4D attractions. In addition, they had a chance to communicate with potential employers, such as specialists of enterprises of the public utilities complex, metrostroy, architectural and construction sector", - said the dean of the Faculty of Urban Studies and Urban Management, Kirill Lushin.
