Festival participants enthusiastically shared their impressions. The winner of the reciters’ contest from far abroad, Mlaou Badis (Tunisia), said:

“I was happy to take part in such a large-scale event! We all did our best to demonstrate our talents. What impressed me most was the atmosphere of the festival: when you listen to other participants reciting Russian poems by heart, it cannot help but inspire you to work even harder on yourself.”

The winner from near abroad in the “Video Introduction” category, Bashimov Nurmukhammet (Turkmenistan), commented:

“I hope festivals like this will be held more often. They help strengthen cultural ties between countries and also increase motivation to apply to Russian universities.”

Head of the International Directorate Aline Andrukh noted:

“Interest in the festival continues to grow every year because it offers a unique opportunity - even from thousands of kilometers away - to connect with the soul of Russia.”

The geography of the winners - from Madagascar to Turkmenistan - confirms that the festival has become an important international platform for preserving cultural connections.
