More than 200 specialists from 15 countries took part in the Moscow Polytech conference on AI
Moscow Polytech became a centre of attraction for scientists, students, business representatives and experts in the field of Artificial Intelligence. The 2nd International Scientific and Practical Conference “Artificial Intelligence Facing Global Challenges: Technological Horizons and Prospects” was held at the University. More than 120 specialists representing 15 countries such as Brazil, Uzbekistan, Turkey, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Vietnam, Ghana, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Morocco, China, India, Nepal, etc. took part in the Forum.
The conference covered various aspects of Artificial Intelligence (AI) applications in Education, Security, Innovation and Sustainable Development. The participants discussed international cooperation in the field of AI, intellectual property regulation, protection of rights in AI content creation. The topics of global AI regulation, legal challenges, cybersecurity and economic aspects such as the impact of AI on GDP and competitiveness were also touched upon. Projects related to the ethics of AI in education and the application of algorithms to predict student behaviour were presented.
There was a particular focus on student research into the use of AI in a variety of fields including Media Creation and Art. At the end of the conference there was a digital keynote emphasising the potential of AI in the future. The event reinforced Moscow Polytech's status as an important platform for discussing the challenges and opportunities of AI.
