Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Sergei Shoigu: Mobilization doesn’t Apply to Students
Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation, Sergei Shoigu explained in detail how the partial mobilization that the President Vladimir Putin announced will work.
Mobilization applies to those who served in army and retired from the active duty, as well as those who have combat experience, or have military profession.
“It`s not about and under no circumstances can be about HEI students. Let them attande classes and study, no one is going to draft or mobilize them”, - explained Sergei Shoigu.
