Management of innovative development in Russia discussed at Moscow Polytech
Around 180 people took part in the international scientific and practical conference “Management of Sustainable Innovative Development of Russia in the context of Digital Transformation”.
The event was held on- and offline at the Faculty of Economics and Management of Moscow Polytech. Vice-President for Scientific Affairs Anton Nalivaiko and the dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management Anton Nazarenko welcome the participants.
Within the framework of the Plenary Session, speakers from Russia and abroad discussed acute issues of managing sustainable innovative development in the context of digital transformation.
Professor Oleg Sukharov, who is Chief Researcher at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, presented the report on “Technological Dualism in Russia, New Milestones of Innovative Development”. Dean of the Faculty “Accounting and Auditing” of the Stavropol State Agrarian University Igor Sklyarov shared trends in the agro-industrial complex and spoke about the ways of strengthening the food security sector.
Head of Market Research Laboratory of the Transportation Complex at the Department of Marketing of the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics (PRUE) Sergey Mkhitaryan considered generational aspect of Russian consumers’ sustainable behavior. Alexey Bolonin, Vice-Rector of the Moscow Academy of Entrepreneurship under the Government of Moscow, Professor of the Banks Department, Money Circulation and Credit at MGIMO University of the Russia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs familiarized the attendees with ”Innovations at the Market of Financial Tools of Environmental Orientation”.
In addition, the report on sustainable development of Latin America was delivered by Villarreal Segundo Bolivar, PhD, Universidad Central del Ecuador (Ecuador).
After the Plenary Session, the participants could join six sections choosing the most interesting topic in the sphere of economics, management, and social development.
In total, around 180 participants from Russia, China, Ecuador, Vietnam, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Afghanistan, Tajikistan, and other countries attended the Plenary Session and sections.
In addition, the students’ reports competition was organized. Among participants were students of Moscow Polytech, and of leading Russian universities and from abroad, such as MGIMO University of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, PRUE, Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, SSAU, Leonov Technological University, among others.
Upon the results of the conference work, a collection of papers will be published with further placement in the RSCI database.
Reference: Valentina Ilyinichna Kravtsova (1936 – 2011) was an outstanding specialist in the sphere of economics, organization, management, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Doctor of Economics, academician of four International Public Academies, a well-known scientist and teacher, professor, Winner of the Government of the Russian Federation Award in the field of education (2004) for the "Comprehensive study "Innovative model and the system of advanced training of specialists for the competitive development of Russia in the XXI century." She worked at the Moscow State Technical University “MAMI” in the position of Head of the “Department of Marketing and Management” from 1992. She also worked in positions of Vice-President of All-Russian Joint Stock Company “Vozrozhdenie” and Rector of the Institute of World Economy (1994-2003).
