Leading economists will discuss development of human capital in Russia at Moscow Polytech

Main topics of the forum will include the development of human capital during transformation of economics (the attention will be paid to industry aspects); sustainable development of human resources facing new challenges; human capital as a factor of innovative development of economics; communications as an instrument of resources management.
At the plenary session, the leading experts of the industry will take the floor.
Evgeniy Balashov, head of SBI of Moscow “Moscow Analytical Center in the Sphere of Municipal Economy” (SBI “MAC”), head of the Management Center of the Moscow Municipal Economy Complex, a member of the Central Council of the All-Russian Society of Inventors and Innovators, a member of the Russia’s Writers’ Union Russia, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Science, will deliver a presentation “Personnel in housing and communal services: a new management standard”.
Vladimir Davydov, corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Science, scientific supervisor of the Institute of Latin America of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Professor at HSE, Head of the Department of Iberoamerican Studies at the Faculty of Economics (RUDN), a member of the Board of the Free Economic Society of Russia, a member of the Coordinating Council of the International Union of Economists will speak about the problems of sustainable development of human resources under sanctions.
“Information support for the implementation of the human capital development strategy in the agricultural sector” report on the topic will be presented by Evgeniy Avdeyev, Associate Professor of the Department "Organization of production and entrepreneurial activity in the agro-industrial complex" at the Voronezh State Agrarian University named after Emperor Peter I.
Alexander Vedekhin, Deputy Director of the Department of State Youth Policy and Educational Activities of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, will deliver a presentation on “The development of a young specialist's business career to reduce youth unemployment."
Galina Sorokina, Professor, Acting Director of the Institute of Economics and Finance of the State University of Management will spoke about training management personnel for providing technological sovereignty of Russia.
Galina Stepanova, Professor of the Department of Mass Communications and Media Business of the Financial University Under the Government of the Russian Federation will talk about “A cognitive-value approach to human capital management in the modern world”.
Nino Chichinadze, Director of the Natural Science gymnasium GG-SCHOOL (Georgia), will share the problems and perspectives of natural science education.
Among presenters will also be Konstantin Ternovykh, Honored Scientist of the Russian Federation, Honored Professor of the Voronezh State Agrarian University named after Emperor Peter I, as well as Elena Vashalomidze, Director of the Center for Training Scientific Personnel of the Institute of Labor of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection.
The Conference moderators are Anton Nazarenko, Doctor of Economics, Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Management at Moscow Polytech, and Marina Krekova, Doctor of Economics, Head of the Department of Personnel Management at the Faculty of Economics and Management of, a member of the Audit Commission of the VEO of Russia.
